Getting the Best of The Baked Goods

I know Elaine from Seinfield said it first but the best part of muffins are their tops. I never bother eating those bland yucky stumps. That’s why I was pleased to see that manufactures have taken a cue from Elaine and have created muffin top pans. That’s right now you can enojy the fluffy sweet goodness of muffin tops without the guilt of wasting the stumps.

I am even more excited about this new brownie pan. When I eat brownies I only eat the edges. I start with the corners and then slowly work around the pan. I leave the soggy middle section for everyone else. The brilliant people of Bakersedge came up with a solution for the soggie middle section. Check it out the brownie pan is shaped like a maze so all of your brownies will be chewy edges. Thanks Simon for sending this to me.

These new pans are BRILLIANT! I’ll have to add the muffin top pan to my wish list. To avoid soggy middles, I always cook my brownies in muffin pans. Makes for convenient brownie sundaes and nice chewy edges all around. The edge pan looks more fun though….

Wow, making brownies in muffin pans is a great idea. I may have to try that next time.
    Thanks for sharing.
