Edible Plants Update: Making Chamomile Tea

I grew three German Chamomile plants this year. The first plant I started indoors and it has small flowers and it’s stretching along the ground and spreading out like a ground cover, the second was started outdoors and it has larger flowers and it’s growing nice and tall, the third is in a less sunny spot it hasn’t bloomed a single flower. Chamomile has been used to ease stomach aches, sore throats, and an assortment of different ailments. I was reading that you can also use it as a gargle for toothaches and sore throats or in baths and creams for skin problems. Here is the best recipe I could find for making your own herbal teas.
