According to the weather channel we are supposed to get ten straight days of rain. Yikes! This is just after the worst storm we’ve had in fifty years. To satisfy my gardening hobby (addiction) I’m starting my seeds for the spring. I have lots of tomatoes and basil and other herbs. Even though it’s pouring rain now I’m hoping these seedlings will be big enough for transplanting in a few months. But while I’m waiting for those to grow check out what’s still blooming in the backyard garden. I guarantee these photos are bug free (Chara Michelle and Sandy
African Daisies
These guys are going strong and getting bigger.
Chrysanthemums
This is the last surviving Chrysanthemum.
I’m going to go enjoy the rain and play with my plethora of seeds.
Arrghh! Just a couple days ago it looked like we were in the clear. I had a huge landscape project planned for, you guessed it, the next 10 days. Dang!

Wow, those look great. You’re so lucky to still have flowers in your backyard 🙂
That African Daisy is making me drool a little. Where did you get the seeds?
